Here’s a quick and easy DIY Epsom Soak recipe you can make at home in just a few minutes using just 3 ingredients – BONUS – these are also great gifts to take to parties and events.

DIY Epsom Salt Soak Recipe

  • 1 cup Epsom Salts – can be found in most grocery stores & pharmacies.
  • 1/4 cup Baking Soda
  • 10-20 drops Essential Oils of Choice – we like Lavender, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus.

Whether you have 10 minutes or 40 to sit and soak in the tub, you can get some great health benefits when you add Epsom Salts to your bath.
