Everything we make is 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free. We never engage in any form of animal testing…though we’re convinced that the animals might want to taste-test our beets and rosehips.

We process all orders within 2 business days of receipt if all items in the order are in stock. If an item is on backorder, we’ll contact you via email to see how you’d like to proceed.

Please note – due to the Global COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping across the globe has been inundated with massive volumes of mail/packages.
We cannot guarantee shipping times until further notice.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship using a variety of providers, depending on location, order size, and shipping indicated at the time of order. Here are some general guidelines for our flat rate shipping options:
Flat Rate Shipping
Canadian Orders – within British Columbia 1-2 business days.
Canadian Orders – Alberta 2 business days.
Canadian Orders – SK, MB, ON, 3 business days.
Canadian Orders – Quebec and East Coast 4-5 business days.
*Business days, excluding holidays.
U.S. Orders – Flat Rate International, 5-10 business days.
*Business days, excluding holidays. Items must go through US Customs.
U.S . Orders – Flat Rate Expedited International, 2-5 business days.
Orders with expedited shipping will receive tracking information.
